How It Started

Every mindfulness app seemed to work the same way. Nothing had really changed in decades. And in a world where so many of us are struggling to find deeper meaning and purpose, that felt like a missed opportunity.

After the pandemic, we saw firsthand how mental health was suffering—around us and within ourselves. It was clear that people didn’t just need mindfulness. They needed something more: connection, impact, and a reason to keep going.

We turned to mindfulness practitioners for guidance. Their insights were honest, thoughtful, and eye-opening. They helped shape a new idea: what if your personal practice could ripple outward? What if meditating could help others, too?
